Born from a shared passion for hospitality and a deep respect for local history, The Landing Steakhouse is the result of a unique post-pandemic collaboration. When "Sonny" Patel, owner of the iconic Best Western at Hunt’s Landing, sought to revitalize his legendary venue, he teamed up with renowned Sullivan County restaurateur Randy Resnick—the visionary behind Bernie’s Holiday Restaurant (BHR Caterers) and Crust Italian Eatery. Together with Randy's wife April Resnick and manager Shane Phillipy, they transformed the legacy space into a premier destination for Italian-inspired steak and seafood.
